These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mirakistylez.com website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Miraki Stylez ("we", "us", "our"). • All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and to correct any pricing or typographical errors, including after an order has been submitted or confirmed. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
• Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability; final confirmation is provided when your order ships.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges, delivery estimates and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns, exchanges and refund process is described in our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms of that policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where applicable consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

16. Severability
